Smith Administrative Assistant As administrative support in the office, Alex performs a variety of tasks including: internal filing, copy jobs, scanning and archiving original estate planning documents, as well as being one of the Notaries for the firm. During tax season he sends out tax organizers to clients and files away old tax documents. In the event that a client is unable to come to the office, Alex will go in home with the client whether it be for a signing or document pick up. Finally he calculates the current and future values of bonds. Alex is from Shreveport, Louisiana. After graduating from Loyola College Prep, he attended The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York and received a certificate of completion. In addition to that certificate he has taken courses at Santa Monica College.
